Kanhaiya Kumar's complaint against police is rejected by the court

Delhi Court has not accepted the chargesheet filed against the student leader of the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Kanhaiya Kumar. The police filed the charge sheet on Monday. The hearing on Saturday is today. The court criticized the police without accepting those chargesheets.
Indian media reported on the news of NDTV that police did not approve the Delhi government before the chargesheet was filed against Kanhaiya Kumar. And the court was angry at this. The court said, "You do not have the approval of the law department. Why did you form a charge sheet without approval? Later on the court upheld the case till 6 February.
Delhi Police told the court that necessary approval will be available within 10 days. On Monday, police filed a charge sheet against 1,200 pages against Kanhaiya Kumar. In February 2016, Jawaharlal Nehru University has been accused of organizing a 'anti-national' program. The same accusation is against Umar Khalid, Anirban Bhattacharya and seven more JAMMU and Kashmiri students.
However, Kanhaiya Kumar and Umar Khalid have denied this allegation from the very beginning. Their claim is that these allegations are politically motivated.
It is said in the complaint that the accused people organized a protest rally in the university campus against the hanging order of Afzal Guru in 2016. Afzal was convicted of attack on Indian parliament The police arrested the students during the protest at the time of taking part in the protest. The allegation was raised, the ruling party is working on behalf of the BJP, Delhi Police. There was a loud noise at that time.
