Factory blast kills 7 in China

The explosion occurred in a metal factory in Jiangsu province on Sunday, killing seven people. Five injured The condition of one is very critical. Authorities say this is the second incident in the province to blast the same month. 
While Beijing is running the industrial safety inspection program nationwide, the blast occurred in the factory. The accident happened in a metal welding factory in Kunshan Wafar Technologies owned by Taiwanese city in Qunshan.
