Pakistan has demanded a ban from the World Cup 2019 in India. Otherwise, India can boycott the World Cup, said Indian media. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has written a draft letter to Shashanka Manohar, the Board of Governors appointed by the Supreme Court of India (COA). The wonderful claim that the Committee of Administrator (COA) or in this letter is telling.
Pakistan's anti-Pakistan agitation has been ongoing since the recent 40 deadly attacks in Kashmir. Pakistan-boycott is going on everywhere- politics, economy, entertainment and culture. It has been claimed that India did not play against Pakistan in the World Cup. Apart from this, an official unwilling to disclose the names of the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) said that if the government gave the directive, the board agreed to boycott the match against Pakistan in the World Cup. BCCI chief executive Rahul Zohri has written a draft letter to the ICC asking him to ban Pakistan from World Cup, according to COA president Vinod Rai.
According to a BCCI source, the content of the draft letter has come to the notice of India's Times of India. The source told the media, "In the wake of recent terrorist attacks in Kashmir, the Board (BCCI) believes that the ICC should be banned from participating in the World Cup." The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will decide on whether the letter will be sent to the ICC and when it should be sent. However, the ICC said earlier that there were no comments from the two countries regarding the India-Pakistan match in the World Cup.
According to sources in the Indian media, the COA member and former Indian captain Diana Edulji has been against sending this letter to the ICC. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will meet in the meeting to decide on sending the letter. Apart from this, the same source told the media, "The BCCI can not do anything like that. It is easier than telling the organizing authority to ban a country from a global tournament. They should not sit idly like them.
