Sudan issued a state of emergency

Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has issued a state of emergency for one year. On Friday, on this announcement, he annihilated the central government and sacked all the provincial governors. He announced this in a televised address to the nation. Later, he appointed the members of the security forces in the vacant posts of the governors.
