Husband confession in the killing of Bangladeshi women in Sydney

Alleged to have been assassinated against her husband, arrested in connection with the murder of a Bangladeshi woman in Sydney, Australia. He confessed in the interrogation about stabbing his wife.
Police recovered the body of 33-year-old Bangladeshi woman Syeda Nirupa from a house in Sidney Minto area on Sunday morning. At that time, her husband Altaf Hossain was arrested.
Murder case was filed in Paramata Court on the murder of Nirupama murder. Nupur's husband Altaf was produced before the court on Monday.
The defendant's lawyer claimed that his client, Altaf, stabbed Nirupama for self defense.
Altaf was seriously wounded when he was arrested. The police brought him to the police station after receiving primary treatment in the hospital.
49-year-old Altaf admitted to killing his wife in police interrogation. He said, 'I killed him (unconscious).'
But Altaf claimed that he did this for self defense.
When police went to the spot to recover the body of Nirupa, Altaf said, "It has done it."
Altaf told the court and the statement given to the police, he was suffering from mental health problems.
A member of the family of Nirupama told that in the interview, Altaf was not working for a long time due to physical illness. The family was running at the income of Nirupama.
Police recovered the couple's six-year-old daughter and ten-year-old boy from the scene. The court rejected the bail plea of Altaf, if he wanted to stay with them.
Court will start the hearing on April 30.
