Delhi hotel fire, 17 people died

Killed 17 people in connection with a hotel fire in the crowded Karebagh area of Indian capital New Delhi. It is initially believed that at least four to four hours of local time there is a fire from electric connections at Hotel Arpit Palace.
According to the Hindustan Times online news, most people in the hotel were asleep at that time. People at a wedding ceremony rented most of the 35 rooms in the hotel. People were unable to get out when the hotel corridor was wooded. One woman and one child were jumped from the fire to escape from the fire.
Delhi Fire Service Officer Bipin Kenta said, the fire broke out in the wooded corridor of the Hotel Orpit Palace at Gurudwara Road on the Debabrata Road. People did not get any way out of the hotel.
Sunil Chowdhury, deputy chief of fire service, said that 25 people were rescued alive from the hotel. Two of the dead people jumped over the hotel.
Earlier, a fire at a hospital in Nairad last week. There were no casualties in this.

Delhi Hotel Association's Vice President Balan Mani claimed that the hotel-designated palaces were built in accordance with the proper rules.
