She is from Tanzania women's parliament member of the African Parliament, Jackin Ganiyani. In order to prevent the spread of HIV AIDS, these women members asked to test whether the male MPs in Tanzania were to be circumcised.
According to the BBC report, Jacqueline Ganiyani said that the male colleagues who have not been nominated in parliament, must be brought into the process. His colleagues, however, have been divided into two groups and against his claim.
HIV is a major threat to public health in Tanzania. 70 percent of the country's men have been circumcised.
