Merkel closed Facebook page in the discussion

But he said in his video to his followers that he can follow his activities on the German Chancellor page on Facebook. Shortly after the announcement of the Chancellor, his profile on the Facebook page was invisible.

Merkel did not contest as a president at the party conference in December last year. So he is no longer the president of the Christian Democratic Party. But if there is no untoward, he will continue to be the German Chancellor until 2021.
