He said, "If we want to protect humanity, those states who are sheltering and financing terrorists will have to stop them."
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has joined the Indian delegation to invite the foreign minister to the OIC meeting. Instead Pakistan sent the senior officials to the meeting.
